Ambulance Victoria strongly encourages all event organisers to consider possible Occupational Health & Safety issues with regards to their event, the general safety and wellbeing of the event’s participants and the safety of both the local and broader communities. The Ambulance Victoria Events team will conduct a risk assessment of your event with you to establish the most appropriate level of response for your event and if applicable develop a Health Emergency Management Plan.

the level of clinical skills required
the number of ambulances required

Ambulance Victoria is committed to ensuring our community receives timely, high-quality pre-hospital emergency health care every hour, every day right across our state.

We continue to experience increasing demand for our services and are focussed on ensuring our paramedics and our vehicles are available to respond when and where they are needed most, providing the right care, in the right place at the right time.

For this reason, we are unable to provide paramedic services to charitable events outside our operational roster as these activities have the potential to impact on our ability to meet our obligation to our community.
