Reconciliation Action Plan

Ambulance Victoria’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) determines our vision for reconciliation and how we will build strong, sustainable and meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Over the 18-month life of the RAP, we will increase awareness and appreciation of culture and elevate the voices of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander colleagues, patients and communities, to improve their experience and outcomes with AV.

We will action our commitments in the RAP with the support, knowledge, expertise and guidance from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from inside and outside AV.
