Responsible for coordinating and optimising state-wide emergency and non-emergency ambulance response, and the provision of high quality and patient centred care through regional and clinical operations.
Anthony Carlyon
Executive Director, Specialist Operations and Coordination
Responsible for coordinating and optimising statewide emergency and non-emergency ambulance response and the provision of patient care through communications centres, triage services, emergency management and complex care.
Dr David Anderson
Medical Director
Responsible for coordinating and optimising state-wide emergency and non-emergency ambulance response, and the provision of high quality and patient centred care through regional and clinical operations.
Dr Tegwyn McManamny
Executive Director, Quality and Clinical Innovation
Responsible for providing leadership and direction for clinical governance, research and evaluation, patient safety and quality systems; and supporting a culture of continuous improvement to ensure Ambulance Victoria delivers safe, high quality patient care and experience, every time.
Gavin Gusling
Chief Information Officer, Business Technology and Programs
Responsible for Business Technology and Programs strategy, supporting the delivery of systems and organisational programs, and enabling new initiatives, innovation and functionality through technology to deliver Best Care for every person every time.
Jesse Maddison
Executive Director, People and Culture
Responsible for providing leadership and direction for the people strategy, organisational development, workforce planning and recruitment, health and safety, wellbeing and support services, diversity and inclusion, industrial and employee relations. People and Culture advances AV’s performance through people partnering to uplift people’s capacity and capability, driving experience and safety outcomes, and enhancing workplace culture.
Acting Executive Director, Enterprise Services
Responsible for financial strategy, financial and management accounting services, including compliance with accounting standards and taxation, billing and debt collection, commercial and procurement services, property services, legal and FOI, privacy, and the Membership Subscription Scheme. Enterprise Services is also responsible for asset management, operational logistics, sustainability and audit.
Alison Errey
Executive Director, Strategy and Engagement
Responsible for overseeing a coordinated directorate supporting, enterprise-wide focus and strategy delivery, all aspects of internal and external engagement, program monitoring and evaluation, community fundraising, and risk capability.
